I like the different contrast in the eyes. Creative. The hair was also done very well. You could put more details in the collar/outline of the shirt to make it stand out more.
the different colors in your eyes look cool, the face looks detailed, and the hair is well done, but the shirt kinda stands out. the collar on the neck should be detailed. it looks like you didn't have enough time to work on the shirt and just did it. it would look better if it had shading.
it's a little creepy. but cool.
